1. PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
We require full payment for any and all orders before they are shipped out. Payments are accepted through all major Bank in or Paypal. Non-refundable deposits are accepted .
2. DELAYS
Paw Meo is not liable for delays caused by Pos Laju, Nationwide, Pgeon or any international shipping companies. Orders are sent by a third party courier. We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. We will send you a notice by SMS when the goods have been dispatched..These two are absolutely out of our control and therefore not a reason to request a refund.
3. DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
Do not sign with the courier until you have checked all goods are not damaged. If there are any items damaged in transit, send the package back to us and we will replace any damaged or broken items. If you sign, the insurance from Courier Company is void, the goods become your responsibility, and we will not be liable for replacing any damaged probiotic or broken items.
